SpatialFM

SpatialFM, the latest product from Spatial Engineering, Inc., provides a unique, map-based approach to valuation and GIS. Using web maps, SpatialFM provides a common toolset and view to manage and document assets. SpatialFM can be utilized by all municipal agencies, including GIS, Assessors, Engineering, Administration, Management, Fire and more without the need for expensive software licenses.

SpatialFM is composed of two service levels: Basic and Advanced. SpatialFM Basic provides a common toolset for general use and includes the following features: GIS data publishing; public access; secure connection using Secure Socket Layer (SSL); basic navigation; calculate distance and areas; buffer features; print parcel maps and property sheets; search geospatial data using basic, advanced or custom search functions; and bookmark display settings.

SpatialFM Advanced includes a specialized set of tools for enhanced analysis of geospatial data in addition to Basic features. The Advanced tools include: access for up to 50 named users, subscription services, historical marker management, permit automation, mailing label generation, and additional data space.
